Policy Details

You can return your item 14 days from the date you received it.
Items that can’t be returned include: Custom Orders
For all returns, the only thing you need to include in your package is the purchased item.

Shipping Fees

You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Bullseye Solutions strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.


Restocking Fees

All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Bullseye Solutions will process your return. Please allow at least 5 days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Bullseye Solutions will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
